Send attachments securely with Storegate in Outlook

Now all Storegate customers can share files and save email attachments in a GDPR-secure way in Outlook. Previously, only customers connected to Azure AD had the option to get the extension in Outlook. The add-on is out since 20 September and can be downloaded via the Office Store, in addition it is completely free of charge.

With the launch of this new feature, we make it easy for our users to share files via their Swedish cloud service directly in Outlook. Instead of having to switch between your Storegate account and Outlook, you can now download Storegate for Outlook as an add-on. This means that customers get a more convenient access to their files without having to leave Outlook.

Storegate makes it easy for many businesses and governments to store, share and collaborate on files in a GDPR-secure way. As a customer, you don't have to worry about exposing sensitive information, but with this new feature you can more easily save attachments directly to our Swedish cloud and also link to information you want to share. To further enhance security, sensitive data can also be shared with password protection or BankID login.

Curious about how it works? In our knowledge base we tell you more about how to download and use Storegate for Outlook.
