Freja eID Group AB (publ) and Storegate AB have agreed on identification for Swedish and foreign users to Storegate's cloud services for Secure File Sharing, Digital Signing and Remote ID Control.
Storegate is developing a Swedish cloud service for storing, sharing and accessing digital information in Sweden and parts of northern Europe. Through the company's service platform, companies and the public sector are given the opportunity to use all the benefits of file storage in the cloud without risking third-party transparency.
The agreement means that Storegate's customers abroad as well as in the Swedish public sector can use Freja for digital identification to the company's e-services and signing of agreements.
In this deal, I can see that two strong trends in digitization meet; firstly, the use of Swedish cloud services is increasing and secondly, Swedish companies are adding e-identification for foreign users. For our part, a significant driver for the new agreements we sign is precisely the possibility of being able to handle foreign users with e-identification as smoothly as with Swedes.
