The right information to the right recipient

All Storegate users can create distributions of documents and folders from their account. To secure and control the documents you share with others, eID is a good tool to use.

Both password protection and eID help prevent your classified information from being assigned to the wrong recipient. When you choose to share a file with either of these security features, only the correct recipient can access the contents of your handout.

In addition, you also decide how long the file sharing will last. You can set an expiry date for when the link will no longer be active and see exactly how many times the distribution has been opened. More information such as who edited, renamed and saved can be found in the event log of your account.
