PRESS RELEASE:
Pricka and Storegate are launching a partnership with the aim of automating the monthly accounting process and making it easier for users to save data safely and securely in a Swedish cloud service. The collaboration means that new and existing users can access secure cloud storage via Storegate directly in the Pricka Bokslut software.
Safety of the utmost importance for Pricka
- We know that our users value the security and privacy offered by Storegate's services, which is why we are pleased to partner with Storegate. We want to offer our customers a service that secures the distribution of their monthly financial statements through a simple and convenient sharing using mobile BankID. In this way, we contribute to a further simplification of the monthly accounting process, says Lars Henrik Fritz, CEO of Pricka AB.
The need for Swedish cloud services to store data within Sweden's borders is increasing. With recent revelations concerning both companies and national security, the debate and tone has never been higher.
- Privacy Shield's invalidation is becoming increasingly clear to both the private and public sectors. The Data Protection Authority has started imposing fines and now most companies are turning a deaf ear to cloud computing. Here it is important to choose a secure provider that complies with the same jurisdiction as where the company operates, says Torbjörn Lindkvist at Storegate AB.
