Our Nordic cloud group is growing! We are pleased to announce that RushFiles A/S has been acquired by Storegate and Hawk Infinity Software.
Founded in 2012, RushFiles A/S is a file sharing service provider based in Horsens, Denmark. They operate worldwide with secure and cost-effective file sharing and storage solutions. The acquisition is part of Hawk Infinity Software's strategy to build a leading Nordic cloud services group, which already owns Filemail A/S and Jotta A/S, in addition to Storegate AB.
We are pleased with the acquisition of RushFiles A/S and are very impressed with the strong market position they have built up. Together with other companies in the Group, we are one of the largest providers of Nordic file storage with secure cloud solutions for consumers, businesses and the public sector, both On-Prem and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). RushFiles A/S will continue to operate as a separate company, but we see several areas of synergy where we can jointly create added value.
