With the new US law &#8220;Cloud Act&#8221;, it will also be crucial which supplier Swedish companies choose to avoid the possibility of foreign authorities accessing stored information. Therefore, Cygate, part of Telia, now offers its customers Storegate&#8217;s services as part of its service offering for local cloud services.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>When the EU General Data Protection Regulation came into force earlier this year, many companies and organizations became aware of how their information was handled. This also increased the need for locally produced cloud services for storing data within Sweden&#8217;s borders.
