Storegate is now launching a new cloud service for storing extra sensitive files. The service…
The recent debate over the storage of sensitive information in foreign cloud services has raised concerns. First it was the GDPR and then the new US law “CLOUD Act” that made Swedish companies and authorities need to supplement their cloud services to solve this problem. Storegate offers these solutions and now also launches a link to Azure AD.
Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is Microsoft’s cloud-based identity and access management service. Azure AD helps organizations log in and access resources in:
- External resources, such as Microsoft Office 365, the Azure portal and thousands of other SaaS applications.
- Internal resources, such as apps in the company’s network and intranet, along with cloud buttons.
The fact that Storegate is now also available via Azure AD means that it will be even easier for large companies and authorities to supplement with a Swedish cloud service.
– Today, there is a great demand for services to secure, store and share files securely in the cloud. With Storegate you can now easily supplement your existing cloud services to obtain legally correct and secure business data management. Says Matz Karlsson CEO of Storegate AB. This is because Storegate develops its services on its own platform and therefore as a Swedish company is subject to Swedish law. In addition, all files are stored in our own servers located in data centers located in Sweden with our partner Telia Carrier. The fact that we have our own platform also means that we can offer customized cloud services to secure, store and share files. Quite unique it also ends Matz Karlsson.
